3 and 4 Recap:
Scrubs Avoid Sweep Game 3: ABA 16, Scrubs 10; Game 4: Scrubs 10, ABA 4 (ABA Team Leads series 3-1) The All BAD ASS Team and Scrubs split a double header on Sunday, sending the series to Game 5 next Sunday. The ABA team won Game 3 of the best of 7 series 16 to 10. With their backs against the wall, the Scrubs won Game 4, 10 to 4 to avoid being swept. The 4 runs by the ABA team was the lowest run total by any team at Columbus Park. Ed DaRosa was Game 3's MVP, going 5 for 7 with an inside the park homer. David DelReal played for the ABA in the first game of the double header and went 1 for 7. He was then sent to the Scrubs team due to lack of players. He responded by driving in 4 of the Scrub's 7 runs to be Game 4's MVP. Dave is the only player to be 4-0. Cav Manning played great defense all day and was named Gold Glove winner for both games. He sucked in everything hit his way and started a couple rally killing double plays. Greg Minor was Game 3's Small Penis after becoming the third hitless player in BAB history going 0 for 6. He joins Ed's 0-7 and Josh's 0-5. Brandon Ridley was 2 for 7 with zero RBI's in Game 4, giving him the Small Penis. |
